Yes, renters insurance is required for every resident over the age of 18 at Rivenwood.

The application fee is $45 and the standard deposit is $500 (conditional deposit may apply). Ask our team about our screening criteria.

Yes, every apartment at Rivenwood has an in-unit full-size washer and dryer.

No, Rivenwood does not have a gym, however, we are within walking distance to a plethora of walking trails and fitness studios including: Snap Fitness, Barre3, The Hot Loft, Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties, and more!

Dogs and cats are allowed at Rivenwood with 2 pets max per apartment. Breed Restrictions may apply.
